At MCRA, our mission is to actively engage in all public participation processes as described in the Municipal Systems Act, the Municipal Finance Management Act, and any other processes directly affecting local government. Our main objectives include:
- Improving and consistently delivering a high level of service to the Milnerton community.
- Holding public representatives accountable and advocating for transparency.
- Building a cleaner, safer, and more affordable Milnerton.
- Promoting communication with municipal officials and neighbouring communities to address common issues.
- Fostering a sense of community and civic responsibility.
Membership
MCRA is a non-profit organization, and your membership supports our mission and objectives. Membership levels and benefits may vary, and members must agree to contribute regularly to support our activities. MCRA relies on the dedication of its members to make a positive impact.
Code of Conduct

Termination of Membership
MCRA reserves the right to terminate or suspend membership for individuals who violate our code of conduct or engage in activities detrimental to our mission and objectives. However, as a non-profit organization, we encourage open dialogue and problem-solving to address any concerns.
